At Studio Bougainvillea, every outfit is thoughtfully crafted to order, ensuring the highest quality and precision. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our detailed policies regarding refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

We take utmost care while crafting your garment, but please note the colour of the garments may slightly vary due to screen resolutions or differ from batch to batch as fabric is hand dyed or hand block printed within the scope of human error.

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for ready-to-ship products within 7 days of receipt of the product. Please note refund is in store credit only, which is valid for one year from issue.

We do not accept refunds or returns for made to order products.

This policy ensures that every piece is carefully crafted to your specifications. We recommend reviewing the product details and sizing carefully before placing your order to ensure you are completely satisfied with your selection.

However, in case you need alterations for the garment, we are most happy to do it free of cost one time within 10 days of receiving the order.

To exchange or alter, please write to hello@studiobougainvillea.com to initiate a reverse pick-up within India.

In case a reverse pick up is not possible for your pincode in India and for international orders, you may send your product back to the warehouse at the following address: Bougainvillea Lifestyle, Flat No. 3 and 4, Akshay Park, Thergaon - 411033, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Please note that customers are responsible for sending back any orders placed outside India, including clearing any duties or checks.

The order has to be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Upon inspection, the process shall be furthered once the garment is deemed eligible.

• Altered Outfits: Once an outfit has been altered, it cannot be exchanged. Alterations are a custom service, and any requests for changes after purchase are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if you require alterations, we are happy to assist you, and please note that the customer is responsible for the one-way shipping costs associated with sending the outfit back to us for any necessary adjustments.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours once an order has been placed. Our design and manufacturing process begins as soon as your order is confirmed, and we are unable to alter or cancel any orders once they are in production. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order before finalizing the purchase.
